Project Procurement services at IMV Projects Atlantic include a full range of procurement and logistical support functions. Our most important service, however, is establishing strong working relationships with vendors and construction contractors. We administer and evaluate competitive bids, issue material requisitions, process suppliers' invoices, and manage Master Services Agreements with preferred suppliers of material, equipment and services. Project Procurement also provides worldwide purchasing and expediting services; including modularization and shipping planning, customs clearances, shop inspection and quality assurance of materials and packaged equipment. On-site material management allows our Clients to control construction materials from a Supply Chain Management perspective and reconcile material usage. This minimizes duplication and reduces surplus inventory.
